How to order
The instructions to checkout are very simple and straight forward.

Browse the site choose what you want buy clicking the buy buttons. You will be told that you have added '1 item to your cart' and shown your cart. At this point you can change quanties, delete the item or continue shopping.

To increase the item simply click in the quantity box and change the amount, then click upgrade totals. The cart automatically adjusts the quaintity and the cost.

Then click checkout where you will be asked to fill in address/ delivery address, if different and general information.


At the bottom of the 'checkout' page click 'checkout'. You will shown the contents of your cart again. when all's good click 'checkout' again. Here you can choose to be pay via our Paypal account or by Credit/debit card using our Protx secured form. Alternatively you can ring through your order to the Credit Card order line, +44(0)1206 542 300.

All Orders must reach us before 4pm in order for them to be eligable for that day posting. All products are subject to availability. All products are subject to price change without prior notice. If an item is out of stock you will be given a choice from the following options;
1. Wait for a restock. Time may vary.
2. Replace item with another up to the same price in value.

Accepted methods of payment.
Credit Card over the telephone when ordering through the order hotline number. Rapshack.co.uk will only deliver to the card holders address, please have all details of your order and address ready when ordering. Cheque, made payable to Rapshack (please allow ten days for clearence ),
by credit/debit card or a Paypal transfer using Paypal's secure online transaction service. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use this facility.

Shipping.
Shipping upon receiving and confirming payment Rapshack will send out the order on the same day or within 2-3 business days. Depending on the availabilty of the item/s purchased.

Delivery Times.
UK 1-3 days.
Rest of Europe 2-4 days.
Rest of World 3-7 days.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. We will do our utmost to deliver your orders as soon as possible.Should you require additional compensation for loss or damage during shipping please ask and we will give you a quotation.
Where possible all items will be sent recorded (signed for ) delivery via Royal mail/Parcel force. All orders eligable for free shipping will be sent via Parcel Force.All over seas delivers will be sent via International Signed for.
We are not responsible or liable for late delivery due to postal delays that may occur due to busy periods of the year, industrial actions, adverse weather conditions etc etc.

Shipping + Packing prices.
Shipping prices are calculated on weight. Each item is given a set shipping charge, the total amount of shipping will be calcuated when you complete your order. Packing is inclusive of the shipping cost.

1st Class UK Recorded/Parcel Force
Every item (except 2xLP) is charged the same shipping cost. £2.50 then £50p thereafter.
2xLPs are charged at £3.00 then £1.00 thereafter.
2xLP and 1, 12" are charged at £3.00 +£50p

Europe. All items are sent International Signed for .(This is a recorded type of delivery) or Airmail
Every item is charged the same shipping cost. £4.50 then £2.00 thereafter.(International Signed For)
£3.50 then £2.00 thereafter (Airmail)

World zones 1+2. All International Signed for. (This is a recorded type of delivery)
Every item is charged the same shipping cost. £7.50 then £2.00 thereafter. (International Signed For)
£6.50 then £2.00 thereafter

Returns policy.
Orders that have been sent cannot be cancelled. Paypal charges are non-refundale. 1.9% (subject to change without prior notice) fee for using their service. As a result orders cancelled will be refunded with the original payment minus 1.9% Paypal service charge and postage and packing charges.
A cooling off period ends seven working days after the day the goods are received. We must be informed in writing - by letter, fax or email. We will then have a maximum period of 30 days to reimburse you. However there are some exceptions to you to cancel. These include the following items;
>An audio/video item sent out sealed and has been opened.
>Magazines and books.
>Photographs.
>Originals.
>Art Work
Items purchased at the shop, 4 Osborne Street, Colchester, England are only refundable if the management sees a viable reason to do so. Rapshack hold the right to refuse exchange on any of its items sold.

How To Claim Your Free Stuff.
On the right of every page are your free stuff. If you spend the said amount then you will apply. These offers change often, so it is always good to keep an eye on them.

Fraud and protection.
Due to an increase in internet credit card frauds, all orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses, a payment will not be accepted if the buyer does not have a confirmed address. For international buyers, since Paypal cannot verify your confirmed address, your order will be delivered after a 7-14 days clearing period. Buyer may request order to be shipped to another destination other than the confirmed address, however, there will be a 7-14 days clearing period before the order is shipped. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
